Terms of Service

These terms cover what we provide, what you pay, when the deal is binding, and what happens if it does not work out. They are written more plainly than most, because for most clients this is the first time they have bought this kind of service.
1. Who provides the service
This site is operated by Voyage Cited, a small studio working with individuals. Not an agency, not a platform.
2. What we provide
2.1 Free
- The eight-step launch roadmap (eight guides) and 47 field notes, all public.
- The on-site AI adviser, three questions a day, no signup.
2.2 Paid

What each includes is described on the services page. Prices may change, but never on an order you have already paid for.
3. When the contract is formed
When payment completes. We confirm within one business day and tell you what we need next.
If we judge that we cannot do the job — your goal is beyond our ability, or the site involves unlawful content — we refund in full before starting and explain why. It is rare, but it happens.
4. Price and payment
All prices are in RMB and published on the services page. No consultation fee, no quote sheet, no hidden line items.
The following third-party costs are not included. You pay them directly to the relevant provider, and the accounts are in your name:
- Domain registration and renewal
- Hosting or server
- Commercial licences for plugins or themes
- Payment processor fees
- Overseas entity registration, annual filings, agent fees, bank account opening
We do not collect these on your behalf and do not add a margin to them.
5. What you need to do
- Give us accurate information — especially about domains, hosting and accounts you already have. A wrong picture produces a wrong plan.
- Keep every account in your own name: domain, hosting, site admin, payment account. You hold the credentials. We do not hold them, do not take them, and do not ask for passwords.
- Respond in reasonable time. To reschedule a booked session, give 24 hours’ notice; no charge.
- Do not ask us to produce unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, including fake reviews, fabricated credentials or misleading claims.
- Final responsibility for your content and its compliance rests with you. We provide operational guidance, not legal, tax or investment advice.
6. Delivery times

If you are slow to supply what we need, delivery shifts accordingly. We will not sit on the work, but we cannot recover the time for you either.
7. What we do not promise
Read this carefully — it decides whether you should buy at all:
- We do not guarantee that search engines will index your site, or that any keyword will rank.
- We do not guarantee that any AI engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Doubao, Yuanbao or others) will cite, mention or recommend your site.
- We do not guarantee enquiries, sales or revenue.
What we do commit to is the process: working through the checklist, and explaining what was done, why, and how you can verify it yourself later. Ranking decisions belong to the search and AI engines, not to us and not to any other provider. Anyone who promises guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI citations is lying to you — including whoever may approach you next.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Ours
Copyright in the guides, field notes, reports, templates and site copy is ours. Use them, print them, share them with colleagues — but do not resell them, republish them in full, or repackage them as your own course. Quote with attribution and a link.
8.2 Yours
Your site, your content, your accounts, your domain: all yours. We claim no rights over any of it, including whatever you produce during a guided build. We will not leave a credit link, an attribution or a backdoor on your site.
9. Suspension and termination
Monthly services: one email stops it. No charge from the next billing period, no reason required.
Termination for breach: if we find you are using these services for unlawful activity (fraud, infringement, distributing illegal material), we may stop immediately and fees for work already done are not refunded. We hope never to use this clause.
10. Limit of liability
Where a loss is caused by us, our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for that service.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost customers or lost opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disputes
Talk to us first — most problems are one email away from resolved. Failing that, disputes go to the competent People’s Court where the operator is based.
12. Changes to these terms
Changes update the date at the top and are flagged prominently on the site for at least 14 days. Services you have already paid for are governed by the version in force when you paid; they are not made heavier after the fact.
