Refund Policy

In one line: anything not yet started is refunded in full, anything half-done is refunded pro rata, anything already delivered is not refunded. Below is each case, plus how to ask, how long it takes, and when we say no.

2. Why the site check stays refundable after delivery
¥499 is an entry price and the report does not cost us much to produce. If it turns out to be useless to you — we misread your site, or the findings are things you already knew — say so within 7 days and we refund in full, no explanation needed.
We would rather not have someone gritting their teeth through a report they cannot use to save ¥499. You lose the money and we lose a client who might have stayed for years.
3. How the guided build is prorated
The build is costed as four sessions (you will typically use three or four, depending on pace). What you have not used is what comes back:
Refund = 2,999 × (4 − sessions held) ÷ 4
Example: stop after one session, refund 2,999 × 3 ÷ 4 = ¥2,249. Stop after three, refund ¥749.
Sessions already held are not refunded — you have had that time and that content.
4. Stopping a monthly service
GEO monthly: three-month minimum. If you stop mid-way, the month already started is not refunded and any full month not yet started is refunded in full. Billing on the 1st, you tell us on the 20th of month two: month two is not refunded, month three is.
Care plan: purely monthly. Tell us not to renew — no reason required. Work already done that month is not refunded; billing stops from the following month.
Neither carries a termination fee, and there is no penalty for leaving before the minimum.
5. How to ask
Email support@voyagecited.com with the subject “Refund + the date you paid”, and tell us:
- Which service you bought
- When you paid, and roughly how much
- Where to send it (say “same way back” if you want it returned to the original method)
No form, no phone call, no justification — for the 7-day site check window. For everything else we ask one question, “what fell short”, so we can fix it, not to argue with you.
6. How long it takes
- We confirm receipt and the decision within 2 business days.
- We initiate the refund within 5 business days.
- Arrival depends on the channel: WeChat Pay and Alipay usually 1–3 days, bank transfer 3–7.
Fees: if the cause is ours (we could not do it, or got it wrong), we absorb the fee and you receive the full amount. If you are using the 7-day window on the site check, the processor’s actual fee is deducted — usually a few RMB, and we tell you the exact figure before doing anything.
7. When we do not refund
- You used the service for unlawful activity and we stopped it.
- The month already started, on a monthly service.
- Sessions already held, on a guided build.
- The request arrives after the window on this page (7 days for the site check).
Outside those four, we will not refuse with excuses like “work has already begun” or “the system has generated it”.

This page governs refunds. Where the Terms of Service say something different, this page wins.
9. Still stuck
Email support@voyagecited.com. One business day. If you think we handled it badly, say so plainly in the email — the whole point of this page is that a refund should not require an argument.
