Five prices. Two rhythms.
Three things you buy once, two you renew by the month. Same eight steps underneath all of them — you only choose how much of the work you keep, and whether you keep paying afterwards.
Engagements
Start where you actually are.
Fixed prices, written on the page. Nothing is a subscription unless it says per month, and every monthly line can be stopped in one email.
Which one do I need?
Nothing built yet → the build. Site exists but you are not sure what is broken → the check. Live and indexed, but AI never mentions you → the retainer. Live and working, you just never want to touch it again → the care plan. Only ever one answer, and if you pick wrong we will tell you before you pay.

Pay only the domain and hosting you choose
The full roadmap plus the AI consultant. This is the actual product, not a demo — plenty of people finish here and never pay us anything.
- 8 step-by-step guides
- Copy-ready checklists
- AI consultant, 3 questions a day
- Email support when you are stuck

The check
¥499once
≈ $70 · written report in 48 hours
Send a URL. We run a fixed twelve-point check on up to five pages and send back a report: what fails, what to fix first, and what to leave alone.
- 12 points: DNS, SSL, speed, schema, crawler access, entity, structure, links, indexation, titles, h1, alt text
- A 10-minute screen recording walking through the findings
- Split into “you can do this” and “needs a change”
- The full ¥499 comes off any build or retainer within 30 days
Guided · up to 8 pages
The build
¥2,999once
≈ $420 · 3–4 sessions · 2–3 weeks
We sit with you on a screen share and you do the clicking. Every login, file and decision stays in your name — we never hold the keys to your site.
- 3–4 sessions of 60 minutes
- Page-by-page review before anything goes public
- GEO pass: entity, schema, six pages rewritten answer-first
- 30 days of follow-up questions after launch
We do not sell done-for-you builds yet. A guided build costs you less and leaves the logins in your hands, so nothing can be held hostage if we disappear — and you still learn the site well enough to fix it later.

Monthly · 3-month minimum
The GEO retainer
¥1,499per month
≈ $210 / month · invoiced monthly
For a site that is live and indexed but still never gets quoted by ChatGPT or Perplexity. We rebuild two pages a month and test the engines on a schedule instead of guessing.
- 2 pages rewritten per month, answer-first
- Monthly test in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
- Entity and schema kept current as your offer changes
- Plain-language report: what got quoted, what did not, and why
Monthly · cancel any time
The care plan
¥399per month
≈ $56 / month · no minimum term
The boring half: hosting, backups, updates and uptime. No GEO promises here — this one exists so small changes do not sit around for a month.
- Hosting, backups, uptime monitoring
- Core and plugin updates, tested on a staging copy first
- 30 minutes of content edits a month
- Broken links and 404s swept monthly
We do not file company registrations or appeal payment-processor decisions on your behalf. Those steps are guidance and document checklists only — the guide is free, and it tells you exactly what each bank and processor asks for.
Where these numbers come from
Published 2026 rate cards, not guesses. A five-page WordPress build runs $500–$2,500 from a freelancer and $3,500–$12,000 from an agency. A one-off technical or GEO audit is $1,500–$5,000. A GEO retainer is $2,000–$20,000 a month, and an SEO-included care plan $99–$599 a month. Where we sit: the guided build is about $420, under the cheapest freelancer quote on the list; the retainer is roughly a tenth of the cheapest agency retainer; the check is a twentieth of the cheapest audit. The gap is not made up by doing less work. It is made up by three things — no office and no account manager, one pipeline reused across every client, and a roadmap published in full, so you can take over at any point and owe us nothing.

Before you ask.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every step in the roadmap is done through a browser interface. The only place you touch anything resembling code is copying a verification record from one dashboard to another, and the guide shows you exactly which field it goes in.
How long does the whole thing take?
Self-serve, most people finish in two weekends, with the domain purchase on day one and the rest spread out while DNS propagates. A guided build is three to four sessions over two to three weeks. The slow part is almost never the build — it is having the words written, so if your copy is not ready, add a week.
Will this work if I already have a site?
Usually yes. Steps 03 to 08 are additive and can be applied to an existing site without a rebuild. Steps 01 and 02 only matter if you are starting from nothing or moving hosts.
Do you handle hosting and keep the logins?
No. Every account is opened in your name during the session, with your card, on your screen — there is nothing for us to hand over afterwards because we were never the owner. You get a one-page list of every credential and where it lives, and we keep no access unless you ask.
What if my country is not supported by the usual payment processors?
That is exactly what step 06 covers. There are four realistic paths depending on your situation, and the guide walks through which one fits before you spend money forming anything.
Tell us where you are stuck.
One paragraph is enough. We will tell you which step you are actually on, and whether you need us at all.
